Annual Dues
The Peachcrest Trace Homeowner’s association requires all homeowners to make an annual payment.
The annual dues take care of maintenance, code enforcement, and upkeep for our community. A strong HOA leads to a more robust, safer, and sustainable community for all residents. According to a George Mason University study, a home within an HOA sells for 6% more on average than a house not in an HOA.
