Welcome to the Peachcrest Trace Homeowners Association

Peachcrest Trace Subdivision was built in 1991 and is located in unincorporated Dekalb County in the suburb of Decatur, GA. We are only 10 miles from vibrant downtown Atlanta and 5 miles from vintage downtown Decatur. Our community is protected by PT Neighborhood Watch and friendly patrol officers. We consist of 145 homes encompassing a beautiful one acre field.

PTHOA is a Georgia nonprofit organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors and community members. Get to know us through this site, which is intended for homeowners, renters and potential residents to have convenient access to PTHOA bylaws, upcoming events/meetings, notifications and relevant news. In addition, the information posted serves to aid in a smooth transition between elected boards while maintaining current and archived information.
